Field Work in the UK: Face-to-Face Appointment Setter (Sales Meetings)

Fieldon Talent Partners is looking for active, outgoing people for face-to-face field work in the United Kingdom. Your role is to book appointments for the sales team — you meet people in your assigned area, spark interest, and move the process forward.

Quick summary: Field work (face-to-face) in the UK within your selected area. You book appointments for the sales team (the sales team closes the deals). Fluent English skills are required. Two engagement models: employment or invoicing model. 4 people will be selected for each area.

Face-to-face areas

4 people will be selected for each area:

  • Surrey

  • Hampshire

  • South Essex

  • West Kent

  • Oxfordshire

  • Bristol

  • East Kent

  • Hertfordshire

  • Dorset

  • West Midlands

  • West Sussex

  • Berkshire

What is face-to-face field work?

You meet people in your area and book appointments for the sales team. Important clarification: You are not closing sales on the spot. Your job is to spark interest, build trust, and book an appointment for the salesperson.
In practice:

  • short interaction and sparking interest
  • quick needs discovery with a few questions
  • clear next step: appointment for the sales team
  • logging the appointment in the agreed system

Field model: Interest → Trust → Appointment

Engagement models (employment or invoicing)

You can work in one of two models:

  • Employment: average earnings around £2,000 / month (varies based on workload and results).

  • Invoicing model (light entrepreneurship / invoicing service): average invoicing around £5,000 / month(example level — varies based on workload and results).

The final model will be agreed during the application process.

Who is this role for?

We are looking for hardworking, outgoing, entrepreneurial-minded people who enjoy active field work. You should have:

  • willingness to move around and work in the field (active days)
  • a self-driven, goal-oriented approach
  • readiness to work in the UK according to the agreed model

Working hours

Work is spread across the week, with morning and evening-focused shifts. The exact schedule depends on the area and team.

Training and support

Training includes:

  • a proven talk track and practical way to start conversations face-to-face
  • how to recognize the right situations and guide the conversation toward an appointment
  • the logic and quality standards of appointment setting (what is agreed and how)
  • daily rhythm: area plan, targets, repetitions, and logging
  • practical instructions for your area and ways of working

Getting started:

  • onboarding before going into the field
  • first days with a clear structure and guidance
  • ongoing coaching so results improve week by week
